A guy in my league is looking to get rid of LeVeon Bell. My RB's are basically shite and I'm looking to acquire a top notch RB. I'm loaded at WR and I'm willing to package Brandon Marshall with something. Taking Bell would leave him very weak at RB. Do I have enough to make him a decent offer? If so, what would be a good offer?

My team
Russell Wilson
Colin Capernick
Zac Stacy
Fred Jackson
Matt Asiata
Demaryius Thomas
Brandon Marshall
Emmanuel Sanders
Cecil Shorts
Mohammed Sanu
Allen Robinson
Heath Miller
Zack Ertz
Cardinals D/ST
Cody Parkey

His team
Aaron Rodgers
LeVeon Bell
Chris Ivory
Chris Johnson
LeGarrett Blount
Ryan Mathews
Benny Cunningham
Vincent Jackson
Eric Decker
Greg Jennings
AJ Green
Terrence Williams
Owen Daniels
Bengals D/ST
Dan Bailey

Why would you need to package Marshall with anyone? Seems like Marshall for Bell is more than enough.

Marshall, Sanu and FJax for Bell, Cunningham and Greg Jennings

Or

Marshall, Stacy for Bell, Jennings.

Why don't you ask the person you're trying to trade with?

Yes. Unless you just don't like TDs.

Maybe having a down year as he has been injured, but he noted that he is almost back to full speed. Even in a down year he has 4 TDs.

Bell has done well with yards and had a great week 1, but hasn't had a TD since then.

I think you are trying to sell Marshall at the wrong time. His value will increase as he gets healthy.

So we bash Bell in one breath for his lack of TDs and praise Marshall in the other for his 1 TD in last 4 games.

Gotcha.

The time to buy on Bell is now

Which part. They are both 2nd/3rd round picks. Marshall has 3 more TDs on the year. Why sweeten the deal for the other guy when both players are pretty even and the other team is weak at WR?

Because people who know what they're doing aren't trading a highly productive 20 touch per game RB for any WR.

Works both ways. Marshall has been hampered by an ankle injury. What's Bell's excuse?

What excuse? Dude has scored in double digits every week this year in standard leagues.

He's fifth in points at RB

Tds are random. And bell has been great without them.

Marshall for Bell straight up is fair. However, he'd have to trade him a running back in return as well as Bell is his only viable running back on a weekly basis. That is unless the other guy is just insane and wants to work with crap at running back. That's why it needs a sweetener.

In my league, he is 9th overall and has had one double digit week. Week 1.

Eta: but we don't give out points for catching the ball.

There's only about 3 WRS that are worth trading Bell for, and Marshall ain't one of them.

Do you not get credit for yards in your league?

What the frick are you talking about, only one double digit week?

He's had 100+ all purpose yards in four consecutive weeks.

LeVeon has only had one single digit week in a standard.

0.05 points per yard
6 points for rushing or receiving TDs.

No ppr

Eta: 100 all purpose yards = 5 points
