Without knowing his whole roster for a better evaluation, it's most likely a good trade for him.

I'm not a fan of either really. Lamar Miller is garbage and Ryan has been inconsistent his entire career except for last year. I doubt he duplicates that magical year. Again, that's just me. I'd rather have Brady.

Yea, but I should be able to get 2 starters out at RB. I lost halftime my team during the first 2 weeks due to injuries. Now I'm having to trade off superior players for depth.

I wouldn't trade a superior player for depth. I like riding but with a top player and doing work on waiver considering matchups
