Trade talk for my team

So I got a guy that wants to trade Dez to me for Lamar Miller and Jarvis Landry. League is 12 team standard. Here is a look at my team minus TE and DEF. so this trade seems like a no brainier but yall don't think I'm giving to much?? Ended up with good stable of RB in the draft.
