Trade advice - Gurley/Mega for Forte/Dez

I'm looking for advice on a trade that was proposed to me. 10 team/PPR. I'm torn.
My Forte/Dez for his Gurley/Mega
The rest of my squad:
Palmer
Julio, Dez, Maclin, Moncrief, Kendall W.
Arian, Forte, Gore, Ingram, Ivory
Eifert, Barnidge
Denver
I see it as risky for both sides. Is Gurley for real in that otherwise shitty STL Offense? Will Dez be 100% this year? Can I trust Mega?

Decide how you feel about the players and make a call. Unless this is just a humble brag thread, in which case, well done.

Mega has a less risky future outlook. Gurley and Forte are probably a wash. Definitely do it.
