I'm glad I didn't stay up to watch my team lose on a play like that. Now I'm in a situation that even if I win next week I still might not make the playoffs.

Here are the playoff scenarios.

1. FT98 10-2 vs Urine Trouble 11-1 - Doesn't matter who wins, both will have 1st round byes with Urine Trouble in 1st place due to most points scored.

2. 44Tiger (8-4) vs Ray Rice - 44tiger will be either the 3rd or 4th seed at the worst.

3. High Today Gone tomorrow (7-5) is in the playoffs unless they lose and barely score any points and all three 6 win teams win and score a lot.

4. Kilmer Coyotes (6-6), Gravois (6-6), Ray Rice Elevator Ride (6-6) - If you all win then only 2 (Coyote/Gravois) will make it.

5. Drew II Cooks (5-6-1), King of the Alters (5-6-1) - winner of this match up would need two of the 3 teams with 6 wins to lose. Kilmer can't be one of the two teams to lose, since he has more points than these teams.

I could use a stat correction right about now.

Playoffs are almost set.

#1 seed goes to Urine Trouble who was blown out this past weekend by the #2 seed Rape Squad.

#3 seed goes to 44 Tiger and this is where the controversy starts.

Kilmer's Coyotes lost by 5.9 points but wasn't awarded a TD that Randall Cobb scored last week. The score change would make him the winner and in the playoffs and knock King of the Alters out the playoffs.

#4 seed would be Kilmer
#5 seed High Today Gone Tommorrow
#6 seed Ray Rice's Elevator Ride

I thought he would have received the points for the touchdown.

Yea it's a bad oversight on my part and not seeing that category in the scoring. He should get the TD.

I'm generally opposed to any scoring settings changes once the season starts.

And now I've gone and looked, and I see it involves me, which makes that sound self serving.

Also, I'm commish in another league. We don't have fumble recovery TDs enabled and no one has asked for them to be.

NFL does not count it as a TD.
Which does seem stupid.

Put to a vote I suppose.

Did he not score a touchdown as an offensive player?

He did. I think he should get credit for it. (in the league I commission, he did. I said earlier he didn't, but I was wrong).

But, I also disagree with changing settings after the season starts, especially ones that affect the outcome of the playoffs. This happened in week 5 with Julio, no one said anything. That was the time to change it if it was going to happen.

Ultimately, I'm good either way. But the guy getting knocked out the playoffs may not be.

In week 5, a scoring change was made to add the offensive Touchdown and it did not affect the match up. I looked through the settings and did not see the place where I could change it, but I either used my phone or just didn't look hard enough because it's there and I wasn't able to change it at that time.

It really sucks that it's coming down to getting someone in the playoffs, even if that person would have been me missing the playoffs I was making this call. I only loss by 5 points or it would have been me in that person's shoes not getting in the playoffs and I would still award the points to Cobb.

Changing rules in the middle of the season or end is never something you want to do, but we aren't perfect and sometimes hard decisions have to be made after new experiences are had. I'll email the owner and see if I can do anything for him.

Did ESPN's fantasy team issue anything on it?

I didn't know you adjusted the Julio score, though I just went and looked, and sure enough...

In that case, you have to do the same thing now.

Crazy, that makes me lose by .1, which means King of the Alters got knocked out out by .1 point. Wild.

I love fantasy football.

No it's just a setting that I overlooked the first time and couldn't find at that time in order to correct it for future instances like this.

Haha. Kilmer's beat me by 0.1 to get in the playoffs, and I take myself out with a last minute switch from Bortles to Big Ben. fricking fantasy football.

Good luck fellas!
