Thoughts on this MEGA TRADE needed

What do you think about this trade?
12 man PPR. 2 WRs and 2 RBs with a RB/WR/TE flex.
Current rosters-
Team 1
QB----
Big Ben
RB----

Yeldon
Ivory
Duke johnson

Dez

Sanders
Robinson

Cutler (streaming)

Team 1 is would give Big Ben and Dez
For
Gronk and J Matthews (or) J landry and Cutler
Obviously team 1 would have to stream at QB and team 2 would have to stream TE after the trade.
Who wins?
Is it fair?

Trade is fine from a fairness standpoint.
In a vacuum I would rather have Gronk and Matthews, but if Team 2 is streaming QBs it looks like there will be a steep drop from Ben to the waiver wire

If it better both teams, it should be allowed. There's nothing unfair about that.

The team with Ben and Dez would be foolish to do this. Very foolish.
