LM tools > edit rosters > action: edit roster > select team > boom

I dont think we want everyone thinking they can go in and adjust rosters. I wouldve just done it but I would think having a person (PCT) do it consistently is a better solution

But in an situation like that, that late on a Sunday night, if another party confirms a team went over the limit, then go ahead.
For instance, I saw your message after you posted it. I should have checked and confirmed, then you could have gone ahead and edited it at that point.
Like you said, can't expect PCT to be around 24/7
