Ah...y'all probably want to stay around the Old San Juan area then. We did a week and traveled most of the island. Depends on what y'all are into.
Old San Juan has lots of solid bars and trouble you can find for a bachelor party. One place we tried there was on Man vs Food called Raices. Definitely good man restaurant. Monster double fried pork chops, decent mofongo.
Best place is Island de Culebra, home of one of the top 5 beaches in the world.
But you have to ferry and commit a night on the island:
The bioluminescent bay is also a really cool experience. But that's probalby a hour or two away from San Juan.

Yeah we are staying at the El San Juan Resort. Ive read about Old San Juan. This group probably wont be interested, but the Island de Culebra looks BA. I wish we had more than 3 days

An island vacation deserves a week. My vacations to that part of the world are my favorite. But 3 days is better than 0. Enjoy.

You got a favorite island?
We doing a week this summer. Debated a bunch then decided on St Martaan.
