they aren't red dot, i forget the compression off hand. They fly pretty well but not obscenely

Yea it's way different, especially if you've been playing underhand. You can't really load as much, takes some getting used to.

there is supposed to be an arch on the ball, but they regulate that pretty loosely. They arent going to blow it by you, but some pitchers throw it stiffer then others. You can throw knuckleballs. The good ones are extremely hard to square up. Curveballs too. It's fun
