I would assume every Wednesday early AM, highest entered bid wins the FA. Then all unclaimed players go to FA pool, first come first serve. Dropped players then process for 24hrs before the next bids are due; highest bid wins the dropped players. FA are locked according to their respective kickoff times. Rinse and repeat each week.

Yeah, we are going through this in another league and the commish said he couldn't set them to process at any time other than what it is defaulted to (Sunday morning 2:00 AM)
