NFL.com for Evolve:

Draft Grade: A-
Proj Record: 7-6
Proj Finish: 5

quote:

Evolve parlayed a good draft slot into a respectable performance. They aimed for a roster with balance at key positions, taking a quarterback, two running backs, and two wide receivers within the first five rounds. By the time all the picks were in, Evolve ended up with a quartet of wide receivers with plenty of room to grow.

quote:

•If other NFL.com users are right, Antonio Gates was a steal in the 13th round (150th overall pick versus an ADP of 117.5).

True
quote:

•In the 6th round, caution was thrown to the wind, as Chris Ivory was selected at pick number 67 versus an ADP of 91.6 across all NFL.com leagues

pssssh Ivory is going to ball. Wait and see.

quote:

•At three different roster slots, Evolve picked up projected top-3 players (Antonio Brown, the Bills Defense, and Cody Parkey).

lol @ kicker being listed as a top 3 player. "C'mon Maaaannnn"

I will destroy you pawns! It's on!

That's NFL.com's draft recap. Just go to the league and find Draft Recap it should have it for you.

I'm looking but I don't see an option to see other teams draft grades.

Overview:

We think you're looking good at quarterback and running back. The receiver corps is a concern though.

The good news is that, of all of the weaknesses to have, this one is usually the most survivable. At receiver, it's often relatively easy to find fill-in guys on a weekly basis until a better player emerges during the season.
Last year wide receivers like Odell Beckham, Jr. and Brandon LaFell went undrafted in many leagues. But these guys likely helped the fantasy teams that landed them in 2013. Stay atop the news and watch the target report to find the break out players weeks before the rest of the world wants them and you'll be in the mix.

Bottom line:

With great inseason management, we think you have about a 65 percent chance of making the playoffs.
With good inseason management, we think you have about a 50 percent chance of making the playoffs.
With average inseason management, we think you have a 31 percent chance of making the playoffs.

QB Summary:

We have Matthew Stafford rated #7 among quarterbacks, which makes him a less-than-stellar starter in this league. But we like the selection of our #11-rated QB, Matt Ryan, to go with him. Hopefully between the two of them, you should be able to cobble together some good production at the position, but this strategy always carries with it the downside that you'll drive yourself crazy trying to decide who to start from week to week.

Carson Palmer is an excellent depth pick, though you may not end up using him much.

RB Summary:

Nice work here. We like both your starting running backs, as our projections indicate that they give you a combined 2.7 point-per-game advantage over an average opponent in this league. Our projections have Jamaal Charles ranked at #2 and Lamar Miller ranked 12th.

Your bench also looks good. Devonta Freeman should serve as a very solid third running back. Tre Mason should also be solidly above average at RB4.

WR Summary:

We see all your starters at receiver as below average. Alshon Jeffery is our 10th ranked WR, Vincent Jackson is #19, and we have Steve Smith 39th.

We don't particularly like Devin Funchess as a fourth receiver.

We might suggest adding a bit more depth here. See the end of the report for some suggestions on who to pick up.

TE Summary:

Heath Miller is viable but below average as a starting tight end (we have him ranked #12). We're also not too fired up about Charles Clay as a backup.

Kicker Summary:

We don't think Dan Carpenter is starter quality in this league. Keep a sharp eye on the waiver wire.

Mark Ingram or Justin Forsett are on the trading block.

Looking for a WR or top 5 TE in any deal.

Focused on a Championship, Hunter's Rebirth Establishes the Ground Game

Draft Grade
A+

Proj Record
11-2

Proj Finish
1

Draft Summary

Although they selected 10th overall, Hunter's Rebirth came through with a quality performance on draft day. They grabbed ball-carriers early, using three of their first five picks to acquire running backs. That early positional investment helped to yield one of the highest-scoring trios of running backs in the league.
•Other NFL.com drafters felt that choosing Anquan Boldin in the 8th round was somewhat of a stretch (87th overall pick versus an ADP of 143.2).
•Hunter's Rebirth had a strong finish, accumulating the most projected points in the league over the second half of the draft.
•With four ADP-based steals including DeSean Jackson, Julius Thomas, and the Rams Defense, some shrewd moves were made throughout the draft.

Your chances to make the playoffs
99%

Til I screw it up.

The #6 TE who's going to miss a few weeks that plays in Jacksonville? Eh, you're going to have to do better than that.

+1 though on sending a comment.

I'm playing with a couple of ideas in my head, but they depend on how another offer I have out goes.

If/when I send a counter, I'll be looking for a WR to go along with Thomas and try to get the values right. I have a couple of other thoughts on deals for wide receivers on other teams though...
