Does anyone think he will be a difference maker in the playoffs? Given that the Bills have no passing game, I'm thinking if healthy he should be a decent play. I'm currently sitting in 2nd place in a 14 team 1 PPR league. Already guaranteed a playoff spot. If I picked him up who would you drop?

Tannehill
David Johnson
Frank Gore
Thomas Rawls
Dion Lewis
Bilal Powell

Devante Adams
Mike Wallace
Golden Tate
Eifert
Gronk

your WR's suck. I would add with a quickness. Mike Wallace, Golden Tate, or Powell are your most likely drop candidates.

Agree with this

No, drop one of the 2 defenses you're carrying.

If he's healthy, he's going to win some leagues. He's a WR2 with WR1 upside and he's still a FA in a lot of leagues. I'd much rather carry Watkins than a 2nd defense or a 5th RB, given your lack of WRs.

Yes they do. I've been trying to get them stronger all year but very few people will trade especially since it's a 14 team league. I drafted well and made a few moves that have all of the other positions in good shape. I just dropped the eagles defense for Watkins. The only reason I was carrying 2 defenses was because of playing matchups. I would normally never do this. You don't find a viable defense on the waiver wire in this league very often.

You made the right move.

I've already stashed Watkins in one league and I'm debating on doing it in another

QB: Wilson, Stafford
RB: Bell, Freeman, Rawls, Kelley, Coleman
WR: Cooks, Moncrief, Boyd, Sharpe, Eli Rogers, Green (IR)
TE: Eifert, Walker

10 team, standard league

Thinking about dropping Coleman for Watkins. I think I could use the help at WR if he comes back strong, and with only 2 RB spots and 1 flex, I don't think I'd ever play Coleman (we start 3 WRs).

Would you drop Coleman or anyone else for Watkins?

Well I'm going to find myself into my 14 team playoff as well in my Dynasty League.

Luck

David Johnson
Lat Murray

Jordan Mathews
Willie Snead
Sammy Watkins
Kenneth Dixon / Hunter Henry

Julius Thomas / Hunter Henry

Guess I'll hope for the same magic he brought last season. Could definitely make my mediocre WR unit look really strong. Watkins is one of my top dynasty assets so hopefully he shows signs of life and I can rely on him next season.

the talent is worth a dart throw, but I'd still temper expectations...Dez didn't look very good at all when he tried returning last season

The Eagles are the no.3 scoring D in my league and the Cards are the Cards

if he has 7 bench spots why would you just put a potential elite play on the wire?

DJ/Gore/Rawls can be weekly plays at RB1/RB2 and Flex with Dion being a nice stash

WR is light so I wouldnt drop them but at the same time...I would take Sammy over all of his current WRs.

With 2 elite level Ds you can play matchups and almost guarantee yourself a solid play every single week.

Some of you should not even play with Defenses if dropping a top 5 option is of little consequence.
