Chalk means it's kind of a guarantee (like Rodgers or Brady getting you 25 pts.) Everyone throws at least a few chalk plays in their lineups and tries to find some lightly owned receivers or backs to get an edge.
Well, since Julio and Brown have had subpar (though still good) they are lightly owned, while guys like Stefon Diggs have like 52% ownership in two of my games. Gurley is at 87% owned. OBJ is 4%! And is going off.
It's recency bias and the inclination of people to try and find the "Deal" when if they just pay up a little, they get a great player that everyone is scared to pay for.
