6 point passing TD and 1 point for every 20 yards passing. Current lineup:

QB- Dalton
RB- L. Miller, L. Murray, Yeldon
WR- Julio, Hopkins, Dez, J. Brown
TE- Kelce

I pretty much need to win out to make the playoffs. Dalton has been good, but his inconsistency at times is a concern. Thanks.

Is that your whole lineup? Who would you drop to pick up Romo? What's Daltons next match up? Romo is coming back after injury, no guarantee he will put up big numbers immediately against Miami.

I'm using my number 1 priority. Sick of having a string of 6-12 point performances.

I've got Dalton and he has been great, but I picked up Romo last week, nobody else put in bid on him. I'm 10-0 and already in the playoffs with 4 weeks to go, but figured he might come in handy for the playoffs. I might just play him this week though because Dalton against the Cards will be a tough matchup.

In the future be proactive, add the week before and keep your waiver spot

I wouldn't add romo

I picked him up last week for the IR spot.

Dalton is facing Zona, who is like 6/7th against the pass. I'd say you probably need to make a move. I hope he comes back with a vengence

Of course you do that. If for no other reason than to keep him off somebody else's roster. Maybe even a sign and trade. What are you saving the waver priority for this late in the season?

Neither of those available in my league and havent been for 3 weeks.

Seriously. Its week 11. If you can find a proven commodity on the WW, take it. Especially if you have any time left before the trade deadline.

you missed the point

If you had the #1 waiver priority, you were lucky enough to grab one of those guys. Probably saved a lot of seasons and propelled teams to the playoffs.

Dalton is the 6th highest scoring QB. You don't need Romo. They are a wash at best.

Just seems like common sense. If an RB goes down and their backup is on waivers, you hit gold.

I got all that and was being sarcastic to show that those pick ups don't come up every week. Everybody knows a backup rb that turns into gold would be nice to find. Chances of that happening are getting less and less by week 11. Doesn't happen that often. (Langford is probably going back to the bench this week) And nether does a top 10 qb in a qb heavy league. A qb is just as likely to get injured and romo would be great trade bait as I said. Or at worst insurance for dalton.
I would think most good rb situations would have their rb handcuffed for the playoffs by now but I guess every league is different. Basically The top ww spot loses its value as the season progresses because the opportunities to cash in are decreasing. I don't see the point in holding onto it and hoping for a long shot miracle pick up when you've got a good option with Romo.
