From Ian Rappaport

Sources: The #Packers are expected to be without workhorse RB Eddie Lacy for several weeks. It's more than a sprained ankle.

I already picked up Knile Davis in my 14-team but not sure what his usage will be on a short week. Would Don Jackson be the next man up?

Can't help but think this favors Montgomery

Think I'll have to blow my load on Knile. I need another RB so bad it's ridiculous. Their upcoming schedule against run defenses looks tasty as well

I'm thinking Montgomery as well.

Is Kniles Davis any good? I didn't think so.

Better than Starks but that isn't saying much.

PPR? Montgomery is basically Theo Riddick. But he's listed as a WR so that doesn't help you

Career 3.3 YPC. Filled in great for Jamaal Charles in 2014 but became irrelevant last year when he went down and was beat out by West and Ware.

Montgomery might benefit most on Thursday but going further I don't see how Knile doesn't provide RB3 numbers at worst.

I think he's worth a top waiver claim.

Would you take Davis over Ajayi?

Per Rotoworld: Some are now expecting Ty Montgomery to get a ton of backfield work Thursday night against the Bears. Randall Cobb may also get some play behind Aaron Rodgers, while newly-acquired Knile Davis will also be in the mix

Among backs with 100+ carries since 2000, Knile Davis has the worst Success Rate according to @numberFire metrics.

Starks has looked like garbage this year.

i mean he has 24 carries. He is routinely one of the best backup RBs in the league year in and year out. Knile Davis is bum and a lot like trent richardson. He needs a huge hole to do anything.
