Who would you rather in a standard 12 team root league? Can keep indefinitely.

Lindor has been successful at the major league level. Moncada has not (yet), but man, does he seem good.
Moncada has a higher fantasy ceiling as a lot of Lindor's real value is his premium defense. He will get you a good batting average though most of the time.
