I am picking at 9 and 16 in a 12 person league. No PPR.
Who should I look at picking the first two rounds. I was thinking of taking Murray or Hill at 1 (unless a better RB is available). What should I do for #2? I was thinking of taking Gronk or the next best RB.

Don't go into the draft locked in. Simply have to see what the people do in front of you. Don't rule out the possibility of an elite receiver being there for the taking.

Taking Murray is a terrible idea.
When it comes back around to you Murray will likely still be there, or roll with the likes of Lamar Miller or someone as your RB1 while being paired with a combo like Dez and Julio.
