I think he was one of the people who wanted to play the league again. SO im guessing he picked him up because of the keeper aspect.
We dont even have a commissioner really, so not like a decision could be made anyway.

I honestly didn't think he'd be good so I just picked up Blackmon for fun/next year maybe keeper option.
