Keeping Le'Veon Bell, then picking third: who do I target?

Everyone keeps 1 player, then a normal snake draft. I am keeping Bell who obviously will miss the first two weeks. Do I go RB at three since I don't pick again til 22 in a 12 team league? Removing who all is being kept, here is my big board in order of who is left. If one of the top 2 RBs is still available at 3, do I have to take him?

As it says in OP, it's standard
2 RBs, 2 WR, 1 RB/WR
2 RBs, 2 WR, 1 RB/WR

Additionally, the teams in front of me kept:

in that order...I think both will take a RB

I would go
Forte, Brown. or Anderson in that order

If the teams in front of you take RBs, I'd go with a WR.

So they'll take CJ and Forte?
Then Brown, easily. Although that's your WR1 and RB1 from the same team, which I don't always like, makes byes tougher. So I wouldn't be opposed to DT88 or Dez at that pick.

Julio or Brown. Julio might be the best WR in FF this year due to White getting old, no TE, and mediocre 3rd and 4th WRs.
