What are we thinking here?
His touches week to week so far,
with carries in parentheses
11(7)
4(1)
5(2)
15(5)

Peterson is a non factor, but Ingram is hanging around and is also involved in the passing game catching 15/125/0 compared to 20/147/1 for Kamara.

PPR, he's probably in the RB2/3 discussion going forward.

Standard, he's probably in the RB3/4 range.

I like him in ppr. Ingram will still play a big role but if it is just Ingram and Kamara then that should be enough in ppr. Not possible to know if Payton will screw us with more Peterson carries but Kamara ran very well last game. Would be stupid to take away Kamara’a touches right now.

He is exactly what I thought he'd be. Will get 10+ total touches a game on avg, and will be extremely useful in PPR formats. He has a chance at 1k total yards this year. Currently RB18

PPR, solid RB2 (I think he will have a better season than Sproles did in 2011)
Standard, can probably FLEX.

I don't think anything AP does would affect Kamara. they are 2 different style of playes.

Well that's not true. They have said they are confident in Kamara running the ball, not just on passing downs. So yeah every carry that goes to Peterson (not many to begin with), means less for the other two.

Exactly. The big plus for Kamara would be getting some running down work as opposed to purely a third down back.

How am I supposed to know for who

You trade him for a player that is better than Kamara. His value may never be higher

Snead and his 7 targets a game hasn’t played yet. Kamara May got back to 5 touches next week, who knows? If you can get more of a sure thing do it

Someone has been sending me shite offers since Sunday during the game, so I tested how much he REALLY likes him and sent TY for Evans. No reply yet

If Sean only gives Kamara 5 touches next week, he is a dumbass.

He got 5 and 4 the two previous weeks. 11 week one

Are you going to be shocked if he gets 5? How does SP prioritize getting him the ball when you still have Ingram and all the other pass catchers? He will have his games, sure, but the flow will dictate his usage just like every offensive player save for Thomas

This thread shows me there are people out there overreacting and ready to buy

I am only trying to get him in 1 of 3 leagues....Gillislee won’t be consistent either. So not getting too crazy about it

No doubt the Saints spread it around, but I think this guy is a player that would be wasted if only 5 touches

i dont necessarily disagree, but i need to see a trend of 10+ touches. Until then I look at him as another up and down guy

This could be the start of a nice run, or he could go back to minimal looks in two weeks

Will finish as a top 12 back. Unless youre getting a stud, keep him.

I'm all in.

Of course if you throw him out there to sell high and someone bites go for it, but I love the dude.
