He is correct. I'm a commish for two leagues on myfantasyleague.com. It is all how you setup your waiver wire options. You can specify how long to lock a player once he is dropped if you want to lock him at all. You can setup your waiver waiver to be first come first serve. You can set it up based on a defined priority (ex.. record) and to be process on a certain day of the week... It is very configurable and if you don't have the exact customization, submit a request with them...they are pretty good with customer service...
