Is it worth dropping any of these guys for a streaming D?

Non PPR standard league. I'm 4-4 so I need to win, this is my big BYE week so I don't have much room on my bench.
The Panthers are my D but they're playing Greeb Bay, the Falcons are available and they're going against the shittastic 49ers... Would you drop any of these guys for them?
Javorius Allen (I have Forsett and with so many injuries I'm nervous to drop him)
Joique Bell
Martavius Bryant
My 2 RBs are Forsett and Gurley, spot starting CJ Spiller with Forsett on BYE
WR are D. Thomas, Hopkins, Antonio Brown, and I'm spot starting Stefon Diggs with Hopkins on BYE

I've been trying like hell but nobody wants to trade in my league this year. Offered a guy Bryant and Diggs for McFadden and got rejected.
Only trade I've been able to make is Jeremy Maclin for Joseph Randle 4 weeks ago
