How much of an impact will Tyreek Hill have?

PPR league.
Maclin has been ruled out. Tampa is horrible at defending the pass and Hill had north of 10 targets last week. Am I crazy to play him over Diggs, considering that Diggs' matchup against Peterson isn't favorable?
I'm also sitting Beasley because his matchup against Baltimore makes me nervous.
I'm trying to get the best 6, out of this group, to help me lock up a first round bye.
Lamar Miller vs Oakland
C.J. Prosise vs Philadelphia
Theo Riddick vs Jacksonville
Cole Beasley vs Baltimore
Kenny Britt vs Miami
Stefon Diggs vs Arizona
Tyreek Hill vs Tampa
Allen Robinson vs Detroit

This is the one that's getting me the most. If I start Diggs, I'd likely sit Miller. He's been a huge disappointment so far, but he gets a ton of work each week.
