Help me evaluate this 4 player trade... WR's and RB's

So I have a trade offer on the table... I would receive Stevan Ridley and Randall Cobb, and I would give up Jamaal Charles and Steve Smith.
Here is my current line up or WR's and RB's:
RB: Ray Rice, Darren Sproles, Jamaal Charles
WR: Torrey Smith, Stevie Johnson, Andre Roberts, Steve Smith, Piere Garcon, and Brandon Stokley
As much as I don't want to give up Charles, he is very sporadic. He's only had 2 big scoring games. Although Ridley is a step down, it's not by much (Charles has only scored 4 more points on the season than Ridley). I'm also wanting a high scoring WR, and Cobb would give me that. My logic is that this trade is not really hurting me at RB too much, but is a big upgrade at WR (Cobb is the 5th highest scoring WR so far).
My go to guys would be:
Rice, Ridley, and Sproles
Cobb, Torrey Smith, Stevie J
Thoughts on this?

I don't think I make that trade. I think Ridley is on a decline thanks to the Patriots rotating rbs.

I agree, but I'm looking at Cobb's upside with Jordy Nelson's nagging hamstring and Greg Jennings continuing injuries. He could blow up this season.
I'm torn b/c I can roll with Rice and Sproles starting, and use Ridley depending on the opponent for that week. I'd go from a 3 RB, 2 WR starting line to 2 RB, 3 WR relying on big scores from Cobb.

If I were you I'd try to go after a better WR using Charles/Sproles and Steve Smith. Maybe like Julio/Colston/AJ/Fitz and a filler RB.
