Grade my trade

This will be a little long but I need some opinions.
I got offered a large trade last night that consists of WR's, Rb, and a D. I haven't accepted but I may. To get a good opinion I will list my players at each trade position to gauge how much I am giving up/ gaining.
WR - G Jennings, B Lloyd, D Bowe, V Cruz, A Boldin
RB - C Benson, B Jacobs (nyg), S Green, J Starks.
D- Pitt, Niners
The offer is G Jennings, V Cruz, and Niners D for Dez Bryant, Desean Jackson, Ahmad Bradshaw, and Eagles D.
My rb's are terrible but my Wr's are money. Jennings has been great all year but I get very little out of my backs. I don't care about the D that much. I think Jennings will do very little at the end of the year. Packers will have homefield advantage in the playoffs and rest starters at the end while the players I would trade for will be battling for wild cards. Whatcha think? If it's too long, don't reply!

I think that is an allright trade. Not great, but not bad. It certainly helps you with the RB situation, but I would hate to give up Jennings. IMHO, I dont see Bradshaw being good week in and week out like Jennings is/has been. However,
Jennings + Cruz < Dez + Desean + Bradshaw.
Also, PPR? List your other starters and bench players with the other teams starters and bench players?

K- M Crosby, J Kasay
The rest of my players are listed above. It seems to me that this trade could pay off big or won't make a huge difference. I don't think I will lose a whole lot. Not PPR.

Yea, I'd hate to give up Jennings, but u gotta take the trade IMO.

I wouldn't take it.
You have solid receivers and Bradshaw isn't enough of an upgrade to give up Jennings. He is also splitting with Jacobs whom you already own. You will give yourself fits deciding who to start each week.
What other running backs does he have??
