I'm all for waiting as long as possible. Some are concerned that drafting 680 players in a slow draft could take quite a bit of time. I doubt it will take 2 months though.

It's essentially one draft... I don't see why we would have to rush it. I'm sure a few of you guys are already in dynasty leagues so in a sense, you'd be much better prepared opposed to others. April 5th is opening day... it's January 21st.

1800 hours until opening day. > 2.5 hours per pick. = lots of time to start.

The whole point of the slow draft is for the rookies to have time to crunch numbers and evaluate players at their own pace.

Until we feel that we can upgrade our resources to handle that kind of continuous, high-end emailing at those intervals day-in, day-out without interfering with the quality of access, I expect that we will not make changes to the drafting for Fantasy Baseball.
