Didn't know he still had detractors. Hope you're right.

I think I like the DirtDawgs side of that deal.

Taking more risk, but much better potential reward if Shaw, Nova, and Giles can maintain what they did in 2017.

Not sure how anyone competes with Papz on offense next season.

It's not a terrible return by any means. papz's pitching staff though...woof.

Exactly. I like Shaw and Giles a lot. I think Nova is toast, but I'm guessing he was a throw in.

Shaw has been a tale of two halves kinda guy last two years. If he can match his 2nd half w the 1st he could be special

Still the stud wins out on a deal like that

I was going to cancel our trade because of that but you already accepted.

Dirt Dawgs will be in the playoffs next year.

Nova had 17/31 QS last season with middle of the road ERA and WHIP. He's a K/9 killer though.

Once I saw the trade, I knew what I had to do.

Was hoping to get Donaldson myself but I was declined with no counter. So take that papz!

I figured that's why you took it... it's not like you needed the pitching.

It hurts to not play a full season in this league so that you can determine value.

I think he’s doing alright value wise for his first few deals

Prob a little off in what he could’ve gotten but it’s a better start than most

You'd like to make papz squirm a little bit with who he has to give in return for Donaldson & I think he prob couldn't accept that deal fast enough. Maybe a prospect or another player could have done that but you're right overall not bad if this is who Shaw is
