Now that I think about it, I seem to recall a dead period where no transactions were able to be made on the site. I'll report back when I get a reply from customer service.

Looks like we had a lull until they rolled over the league on October 5th. We ran waivers and they were processed on October 7th.

Last transaction last season was on 9/16, so it appears that a lull does happen.

Yes. Minors slot increasing from 10 to 11 in 2018.
