How about Clickydraft and hook the laptop up to a TV in the room? That is what my group is doing this year
Clickydraft is the same exact look as the normal draft board w/stickers

Clickydraft gets a 
We used it for online M/TV slow draft first time this year, but even if you use it for live draft, as said earlier, hook it up to TV/projector from laptop and your teams can pick from their phones/laptops. $15, recommended.
