I don't think I've ever submitted a team that they didn't tell me I was a lock to make the playoffs. I don't know why they even bother with that part of the review

The % are too high, but you can still use it to compare between 2 or more teams. If 1 team is 99% and the other is 80%, the 1st team usually looks better.
