Murray would be PPR WR28 based on his receiving numbers alone. More than Julio, Dez, Alshon, Decker/Marshall, Maclin, Edelman.

Fair enough. I don't play PPR so I usually don't think about how this changes a player's value. But in standard I stand by the fact that Elliot > Murray.
