It's close because you definitely need some help in finding a WR3, but I don't think I would pull the trigger. You would just be taking a weakness at one position and moving it to another.
I would take Gronk and Bowe over Cooks and Cameron/Allen/Hill
You should be able to find someone better than Bowe for cheaper than giving up the best TE in the game.

I would not do this. My personal opinion is that 5-10 and 189 lbs. is going to break something before the season ends. Even if he doesn't, he'll have to really, dramatically improve over last year to be considered a WR 2. With Gronk, you've got something no one else has at that position.
