I'm kind of confused by how you are phrasing your question, but yes, you should pick up both Martin and Kamara. Are those players you have to drop? Yes, drop Carson. He's on IR. Not coming back this year.

Should I pickup up kamara and Martin for Carson and who else in lineup Cohen Thompson or javarious Allen or just stick with one

I'd take Kamara all day in a PPR league, dude had 10 catches last week. Been getting the rock all year over Peterson and Ingram.
