Demariyus Thomas or Amari Cooper

Having a tough time deciding which one to pick at 31. In all my mock drafts they're both available at that pick.
I'm 10th pick in a 10 man standard league. I like Amari because I think Oakland will be playing from behind and Derek Carr seems like a solid QB, but at the end of the day DT is still DT... put up 1,300/6 in what was considered a dismal year for him under poor QB play most of the season.
Thoughts?
Planning on going AJ Green and Le'Veon Bell first/second with back to back picks.

I'd rather have Thomas but lots of people are taking Cooper before him.

Thomas. He had worst qb in the league last year and still had 1300 yards

My mind is telling me to go DT but I just have this feeling that this could be Amari's break out year.

Plan on getting him on one of those back to back picks (30,31) along with DT or Amari
