Coming up very soon. New York Senate is voting to legalize it or keep it shut down. Talking about millions going to education.
Hopefully it passes and La follows it to help with education funds. I think it will pass and then the states who ban it will join. Problem is I don't think the other states can do anything until end of year or the new year.

45-17 passed. Onto the governors desk to sign and New York is back to play dfs.

Governor is on record saying if it passed he will sign and not veto. This is huge. The states which it's still illegal will follow.

I was kind of rooting for it to fail to cut down on the commercials

The commercials have already cut down based on an agreement with an attorney general in Jersey I believe.
