I've got Russell Wilson (vs Rams) and Jameis Winston (@Dallas) for my QB's.

Palmer is available in FA-Saints are #31 in pass D.

No brainer???

I'm trying to decide between Palmer vs the Saints or Tyrod vs the Browns.

The Saints secondary is awful (they even made Goff look good) and the Saints run D is actually not bad. This bodes well for Palmers matchup

Owned Palmer most of the year and it's been frustrating. But I'm rolling with him this week over Stafford, Taylor and a few other options.

Just curious, what's your reasoning for Palmer over Taylor?

They are near the bottom in passing yards, but are middle of the pack in passing TDs allowed. And as many bad games that the pass D has had; they have also had some good ones (i.e., last week Winston only had 184 yards & no TDs). The only advantage I see about going against the Saints D, is you won't see many turnovers.

I'd go w/ Wilson to have a bounce back game

I'm going Kaepernick over Palmer. I've streamed Palmer all season long and every time you think he's got a great matchup, he shits the bed. On top of that, he lost Michael Floyd and John Brown isn't healthy either.

I'd play Tyrod Taylor over him for sure unless the weather is supposed to be miserable this week.

I guess you sure do hate all the rec yds DJ gets you out of the backfield...

This is a no brainer this week, Fire up Palmer for a good 300+ day and 2-3 TDs

Part of it is weather forecast. At one time was seeing below freezing and possible snow. Floyd not playing doesn't bother me he hasn't been overly productive all season. Figure the Saints have a shot to score some points meaning lots of possessions. Buffalo could stick to the ground and eat up the clock if the weather is bad.

That's pretty much my exact hesitation.

While Taylor is the better matchup, I'm worried Shady and Gillislee will get all the points and Tyrod could just end up with 15-20 pts.

I think Palmer gets there easily with the potential for a lot more if it becomes back and forth...but at the same time it has the potential to be a shite fest like the Saints vs Bucs game last week.

I'm really conflicted here. I'll watch the weather forecast more closely the next few days.

well you and I have the same Qbs. I think I will do the same, despite the fact that Mariota has been one of the best QBs all season. The Saints' season is a lost cause; hoping that Palmer comes into the dome and lights it up

He still threw for 330 and 3 TDs in Carolina in probably his worst game of the season. Your point?

Mariota has been great this season but KC is a tough place to play. Palmer is at home against an improved but still bad Saints D. Also I have David Johnson so I'm hoping for a lot of dump off passes and maybe a TD pass or two to him.
