Blount, D. Williams, Stevie Johnson, or Bowe at Flex

PPR League, 3 points every 25 yards receiving or rushing, 3 points for each TD, 10 bonus for breaking 100 yards either rushing or receiving.
Im currently rolling with Blount because my other FLEX players are Gates and Britt. Should I stick with Blount or go with Williams, Johnson, or Bowe?

I'm really unfamiliar with this scoring but at face value I'd stick with Blount.

Williams - No, playing GB D
Blount - Vikings gave a lot of running yards last week, but I'm sitting him in a league until he gets rolling
Johnson - Fitz will get him the ball. Thats who I would play
Bowe - Same issue with Blount. Wait till he gets going.
