Antonio Brown - PPR Auction Value
Ben had missed 4 games total the last 4 seasons prior to last. If you get brown with Ben for a whole season and Julio w Ryan for a whole season brown outscores him by 15% IMO.

You expect Antonio to put up the 2nd best fantasy season of all time for any position if Ben stays healthy for 16 games?

371 x 1.15 = 427, which is just below Peyton's record setting season.

How can we bet this

He won't bet it, it's just a number he threw out without actually doing the math.

Since we are in the same division in tdfl I bet you an entry fee that I have a better record than you.

can we throw out Brown's games with Vick throwing then?

Sure, but I still don't think that makes Brown far and away the best WR . My response was largely in response to that claim.

that wasnt what i want to bet. I just dont think you really know what 15% is

But i will do that bet with total points, not record.

I didn't do the math I my head. 15% means obviously better by a safe Margin that's what I was getting at. Playing for total points would be a deterrent to winning a title so I'll pass on that.

if you trying to win total points you aren't gonna be taking guys who are out to start the season. total points doesn't really prove who is the better team. Team should be judged on where they end up at the end of the season.

With all the money on the line, i wouldnt draft to beat you in a bet for $100. If it happens it happens. No player is off the board for me. I think you've declined my last 4 bets now thats gotta be a record

Hey if you accept mine then we're done 5 posts ago. Looks to a neutral third party like you're the one who is ducking.

Hypothetically if I'm targeting Brady, bell, Gordon why would I want to do a total points bet when I'm 'punting' total points by targeting guys who miss 1/3 or more of the reg season?

I'd pay a kings ransom for AB. He's by far the best player in PPR, and it's not even close. I can find a few gems for cheap, but no one can touch Antonio.

Meh. He's the best. But it's close.

Interesting that you turn down the initial bet. Yet act like I am the one who don't wanna bet. it's always the same with tbm though. I propose bet. You offer a different bet. Then accuse me of not wanting to bet when you the one who turned down the bet first.

You don't win 50% of your league by making bad bets. A total points bet would be a loser on my ideal team.

there were teams in each league that didnt make the playoffs last year that scored more points than playoff teams.

total points is a better overview of what team is better and less likely of a tie.

because you always want to let luck sneak in to give you a better chance at winning.

That's true too.

Ok here it is, 2 $50 bets. One for better record. One most points.

Most people are knocking this statement, but in the 12 games Antonio Brown played last year with Ben as his QB, he averaged 29 points per game in PPR. Julio averaged 23.4 over 16 games with Matt Ryan. When both players had their starting QB, AB outscored Julio by nearly 24% per game last year.
