6 points for every TD, 1 PPR, 1 pt for every 10 yards rushing and receiving, 1 pt for every 25 yards passing.

10 team

I draft 10th in round 1.

Here are my options, I can keep one:

J. Charles (2nd round value)

D. Thomas (3rd round value)

D. Murray (4th round value)

P. Garçon (6th round value)

A. Jeffery (7th round value)

J. Thomas (8th round value)

A. Brown (9th round value)

One of these three. Great value there.

shite thats some tough choices there. Its so hard to pass up arguably the #1 overall pick in JC as a 2nd rounder, or a top 3 WR as a late 3rd rounder. At the same time, its hard to pass up A Brown in the 9th in a PPR.

If you lose the round you that correlates with the round value, I would go with DT88 as a late 3rd or A Brown as a late 9th. Leaning A Brown. The reason I am not saying Charles is that it is a very early 2nd round pick. While great value for JC, I think the value is better for the other 2

If you have some draft pick trading, I'd try to capitalize. That's rough having to put one of Charles or Thomas back in the draft and having Julius Thomas as a great value pick option in the 8th.

I'd keep Charles and hope D. Thomas is still there for the taking.

keep Charles

you can draft any of those WRs again at 10. Think about it.

ETA: on another note, keeping Charles does devalue the #10 slot in a 10 team draft, since you don't have that 11 pick. I still think i'd keep him.

You can land Charles and a stud WR or Jimmy Graham. When the 4th round concludes there's a big shot you are sitting pretty with 4 studs.

I'd be tempted to keep Julius Thomas. In terms of ADP value, he is tops with Brown. But if he wants a decent TE, he'll have to go after one in the 3rd/4th.

Big difference in keeping Charles at +8 ADP of J Thomas at +50.

but Charles is one of a handful of RBs in which you'll know what you get.

Any RB you get at 10 or 11 will have some question marks.

ALso the 70 catches Charles had last year would totally seal it for me.

He had over 60 more points than the closest player on this list(DThomas). And 163 more points than Julius Thomas.

My gut tells me to keep Charles and that's probably what I'll end up doing. I just feel that there is so much depth at WR, that I'll be able to grab a top WR1 at the end of round 1. That same depth cannot be found at the RB position.

But the value for the guys I listed is so tempting.

You are in an enviable position. Those of us in 12 or 14-team leagues are salivating over that roster.

The good news for you is that you'll have two picks together each time your turn comes, which means you'll at least get one selection at the time that you have to skip a pick.

I see two names on your list that I would not be able to pass up: Charles and D. Thomas. You'll have a chance in a 10-team league to get players comparable to everyone else on that list, but you won't be able to draft a player comparable to Charles at 10 and you won't get a player comparable to D. Thomas at 30 or below.

Based on your draft order, I think Charles is the way to go.

I drafted this roster last year, when our league was a 12 team league. We had two owners booted and we decided to roll with ten, instead of replacing them.

But I agree with you. It's gonna be hard to cut Charles loose.

We had one dumbass. His first two picks really set the board up nice for those behind him. I reaped the benefits. I don't know if everyone was scared that Peyton was gonna break his neck and make all the receivers in Denver useless or what.

My draft last year was, in order:

Spiller
Charles
D. Thomas
D. Murray
Stafford
Garçon
A. Jeffery
J. Cameron
A. Brown
K. Thompkins (swing and miss)
Patterson
Vereen
M. Bryant
Rams D

I got A. Brown in the 5th last year, and considered myself lucky. Can't believe he'd fall to the 9th.
