A little story. Last week, I had four WRs and 3 spots to fill. I checked Fantasy Pros Who to Start and it said bench Golden Tate or Donte Moncrief. The other two WRs were A.J. Green and Davante Adams. I was still flip flopping, so I asked a friend who has played fantasy longer than me. He said bench Adams. I did. Adams had no points. I won.

There is no way you should follow the advice of a couple of anonymous posters on a college football message board. Ask a person you actually know if you can't make up your own mind.

But if it was me, I'd bench Landry since he's playing across the pond at 9:30 AM EST. That's unnatural.

That entire post is the exception, not the rule.

Additionally, I wouldn't sit a player just because the time is "unnatural." These teams get more than a few days to get acclimated to local time. You play a player based on match-up. Golden Tate torched the Falcons in London last season... because they had an awful pass defense.

If you bench Jarvis Landry, it's because NYJ have a good secondary, not because the game is in London. Landry has been attempting to shake the "slot receiver" tag associated with him. He'll get a nice awakening with Antonio Cromartie and Darrelle Revis.
