When do u consider drafting anything other than a WR in the first round? If you are drafting at 7 or 8 would u draft the top RB over lets say a dez?

Do mock drafts. Try different things. There's no definitive answer.

I do mocks regular... I'm just wondering with the shortage of WR1s and the abundance of quality RBs where is the earliest u would pick up a RB.... I'm thinking first RB in 3rd round at the earliest..

I'm thinking.

My league is 6pt passing TDs

WR, WR, WR, QB, RB, RB, RB

Yeah, I don't get that either.

Zero-RB is a solid strategy and last year was it's most successful season IMO due to RB injuries and emergence of back-end drafted or FA RBs. But it's a contrarian strategy and changes when a majority of 12 owners will try to employ it. In that scenario, a BPA drafter is going to shine IMO.

Setting up WR, WR, WR, etc isn't my personal plan this season. I think too many are going to try it this year and end up regretting it.

If a lot of people are taking WRs early then it seems like even more reason to draft WRs early

david johnson, Leveon and Gurley are the only RBs im considering in the 1st. Maybe AP if i have a 10-12 pick. RB is strong but mostly 2-4RD prospects

I disagree with this.

If this is the strategy, then you will be behind on every pick because you're choosing a lesser WR as they fill up on better WRs. If you're passing up on DJ, Gurley, maybe Le'Veon to grab WR7-8 then you're playing right into their hands IMO. They grab WR1-6, you grab WR7or8, then wrap around and grab WR11-13. They come back and grab WR15-17 and RB4-10 before you pick again. IMO.
