A lot of people think the baby has rights before its born.
Libertarians are for letting people choose unless it infringes on somebody else's rights. Abortion would be infringing the baby's rights.

1) It isn't 1996 anymore. People are ditching the red team and the blue team in greater numbers than ever. 2) Trump is absolutely a great anti-establishment candidate, but he is not a libertarian candidate. I hope he wins this thing, but I totally disagree with his trade protectionism, new entitlement proposals, and penchant for strong-man authoritarian leadership. 3) I hope that republicans in the future will emulate parts of Trump's model, but the reality is that the GOPe will probably slip right back into the driver's seat of the party. Even if Trump wins, I expect to see Paul Ryan and other garbage GOPe candidates at the top of the ticket in the future. The red half of the uniparty will continue to promote war, illegal immigration, and unsustainable entitlement spending. The Libertarian party being in the debates would give people, many of them suggestible idiots, the opportunity to vote for fiscal restraint without "hating gay people" or whatever the outrage du jour is leveled at republicans.
This. Good post.

*if you think the unborn baby has rights
In the first trimester, I would argue it doesn't because it isn't a person. But that is a conversation for another time.
