This is Pinellas County which is roughly 50/50 Rep/Dem... looks like GOP is dominating election day voting so far in this county!

David Jolly hopes the GOP is dominating. Charlie Crist has a good lead going into today.

Likely the case, but will be interesting to see how this trends through the day.

There are little signs like this everywhere that get me excited, and then I remember how evil the Clinton machine is and I get worried again.

It looks like Pinellas more or less mirrors neighboring Hillsborough, which is considered by many to be the definitive county in FL.

So great find, fellow Patriot

More info here LINK

In 2012 Obama won early votes by a good deal, mail in votes by the 4% or 5% that he ultimately won the county by, and election day itself also mirrored the mail in votes with Obama winning by 4% or so

The bigger question is how did this county trend in 2012. High early Republican turnout, followed by a slow Democrat turnout? These are,key questions.

Looks positive so far though.

Here's Pinellas party registration in 2012

Republican 226,010
Democrat233,325
Unaffiliated 141,511

LINK

Seems pretty straight-shot and easy to straight-line that things look solid for Trumpy here - he's clearly overperforming Romney to the tune of 7% to 8% in all facets - early, mail, and election day thus far (granted the latter is very early)

Miami would have to fricking crush it for HIllary to overcome Trump's NO FL support and his strong 2004 Bush like performance in swing counties

This is a great link.

In 2012 the results in Pinellas County were

238,966 (52.2)
213,192 (46.6)

so Romney lost by 6% in this county. So if Trump can win this county, represent a big shift.

yeah but in 2012 the early vote and mail vote and election day vote went to Obama

There was no "shift" in patterns.

Similarly, this year the early vote and mail vote have gone Trump and if the election day also goes Trump we can feel really good about FL, seeing as Pinella is very closely correlated with Hillsborough AND we know that Trump will absolutely fricking crush it in the Panhandle and northern part of the state.
