if you see a snake in your garden and it slithers away, just remember that later when you think it's gone, it may come up behind you and bite you. Get it while you can!

I agree, but we are in uncharted waters. The Republicans have total control of our government and how we handle ourselves over the next 4 years is going to be under intense scrutiny.

Waging a war against the losers is only going to cause division and that's not what we need now.

Republicans need to be careful with how they handle the Clinton fiasco because it may encourage future elected administrations to dig up dirt as an excuse to criminally take down the previous administration.

1. No one is going after Obama. Hillary is not the previous administration.

2. The FBI has been openly conducting an investigation since before the election.

3. If you're a criminal, then you go through the justice system. No one. Not one single person in this county should be above the law for any reason.

Equal justice under law.

It is IMPERATIVE that Clinton be charged for her blatant and rampant disregard for national security, for lying to Congress and destroying federal records.

Imperative.

It's not waging a war against the losers. It's ensuring a proper investigation into the mishandling and abusing of power of a secretary of state.

Sides and politics does not play a role here.

I think you drop the email issue, but let the FBI continue to investigate the foundation and pursue any corruption there.

The worst sentence that woman could have ever gotten was doled out by the people on Tuesday evening. A woman who felt she was OWED the presidency for 30 years is NEVER going to be president. And she lost to DONALD TRUMP.

There is no point in spending millions more dollars and expending the political capital it would take to bring this to trial. Besides that, you'd never be able to seat a jury to convict her.

Besides that, her non-existent health problems would suddenly become very bad and she wouldn't be fit to stand trial.

We won, they lost. Time to move on.

I see what you're saying. But politicians wouldn't have anything to worry about if they didn't do illegal stuff. There's nothing wrong with holding people accountable for their actions, even high profile politicians. Maybe the thought of possibly going to jail for committing a crime will clean up DC's corruption just a little bit.

But legality isn't always black and white. For example, when George Bush invaded Iraq he had the support of the country. But once he was out of office, there were some liberal lawyers who wanted to see him brought to justice for war crimes.

That's what I'm talking about. You could be an honorable president and obey the laws of the land, but a group with an agenda could review your presidential decisions and claim you violated some obscure law or they could make a case for violation of law by interpreting the law in a different way than first intended.

Not to us, but perception is the rule of their emotions. They will perceive it as an attack and will dig in accordingly.

Trust me, the smart thing to do is let the emails go. Focus on the foundation, it's what anonFbi told us anyways.

If we attack now, Obama will pardon.

Too many players on both sides of the aisle for this to proceed.

Should it happen? Yeah. Will it happen? Nope.

Trump has a lot of political Capital right now. We don't need to waste it on the Clintons. We need a wall, voter ID and proof of citizenship to vote legislation. Without these we have no shot to win the next election.

If they have a smoking gun then use it, but it has to end in charges.

If they investigate her and it does not end in charges then it's going to come off as a witch hunt and it's going to be a stinker

If they can prove illegal activity and have charges stick that would validate the results and that we have corruption in politics. Hopefully that would lead to more accountability in the higher ups. More likely that nothing changes though except Hillary is exposed

Politically it's probably not worth the risk

To quote the great President Trump, "We are a nation of laws. We either have a nation or we don't." If Hillary didn't want to get prosecuted, she shouldn't have broken our laws.

Agree on the foundation investigation. It's a much more serious infraction anyway.

I think you go full scorched earth on Hillary, the Foundation, and wherever else it leads.

Take no prisoners.

Drain the swamp.

IF in the course of an investigation it is determined that Hillary Rodham Clinton (or anyone of her cronies) broke the law she (they) MUST be indicted.

No one is above the law, including Hillary Rodham Clinton. Regarding her handling (or lack thereof) of extremely classified documents I believe there is enough evidence to indict her. There are people in the military right now who were indicted for mishandling Top Secret Documents. The system must apply the law equally across the board, regardless of the status of the individual. It's called Justice. If HRC is guilty she must pay the price. It's as simple as that.

Having said that........LOCK HER UP!

I think he should appoint a Special prosecutor on the Emails, its about the law, and keeping the Nation safe. If he wants to Pardon, then that would look Politically mending, but the message was sent. The Foundation, and evil money is fare game IMO, someone needs to go down for that shite....Haitians suffered immensely, and kids were peddled in horrific manners...
