Did anyone feel sorry for John Podesta as he addressed the party last night?

Pedo conspiracy stuff aside, I had the faintest amount of sympathy for Podesta as he walked onto the stage last night. His entire life was on display for the last month due to the email hacks. He is thoroughly ruined politically after being the campaign manager of a candidate that lost to a challenger with 60% unfavorable ratings. However misguided all of his beliefs and actions may be, he's certainly exhausted from all of the work, and yet he had to sacrifice himself to the wolves last night in lieu of his cowardly employer.

For the most fleeting of moments, I actually felt sorry for the guy.

It was a sad room. But sad for the right reasons so I actually took delight!

He's ruined because he was outed as horribly corrupt. Absolutely no sympathy from me.

I hope the leaks keep coming.

Honestly, I did not. He knew the wagon he hitched himself to and he deserved every minute of what he got and then some.

Notice she didn't send out her VP, campaign manager, spokesperson. Nope, Hillary's sending Podesta out on stage last night was a punishment. Public humiliation.

I figured that would be the sentiment on this board, and in general he can go frick himself, but I don't believe I've ever seen a man so defeated in my entire life.

Nah, probably went home and had a pizza to raise his spirits...

That is the way the dominos fall sometimes...

Nope, not a smidgen.

He was part of the crew of Klingons who helped force Hillary as a major party candidate and they would have cheated their way into the White House if possible.

He deserved to go out there and be the face of Hillary's concession because of his complicity.

Until proven differently, he wrote those emails, not the Russians. Go read them again & see again what a fine upstanding politician he is. The term cut throat defines him & he made his own bed.

Will he walk alone in his mansion or blow some steam off in Bermuda?

So no...not one bit.
