All sounds good except...
They don't have water. They get it from other states watersheds.

Just like I've always said about the middle east, bushel of wheat for a barrel of oil.

Otherwise eat sand.

Do you believe this?

They cannot support themselves now while being propped up by our federal government.

California is currently at or near the point where there are as many income earners as welfare recipients.

This will not stand on its own

But I certainly support the notion and would love to tell them, frick off!

Wow, talking about taking away the 20% head start for the dem electoral college? do they really want this?

frick, libs are stupid. Proven daily.

600,000 people died when the feds said no.

I'm willing to revisit the topic. They don't get to come back in, though.

Exactly, they would have to self-fund every entitlement imaginable to an ever growing class of takers. Much of their big industry would collapse without federal contract money. If you want to see shite get real, watch SoCal after having their out of state water supply shut off.

These people have literally been convinced that republicans are barely better than Hitler. I have to give it to the left wing with this long con.

I hope they do it and we can replace their agricultural output.
but you cant.

look, people here can make jokes about the country breaking up but the reality is that it probably will happen in our lifetime. our imperialism doomed us a very long time ago, it started a hundred years ago, now have problems that simply cannot be fixed and a system that's barely treading water.

bit by bit the government and the people in it sold themselves to the highest bidder, then slowly took more and more control over the people to shield and distance themselves form us. the people are now the enemy who must be spied on and controlled at all times.

dont allow yourself to get used by believing that the federal government gives a shite about you, assume they're all lying at all times, the left and the right, until proven otherwise. never trust them, never acquiesce, never blindly follow.

They also don't have sufficient electricity. Opposition to constructing power plants has forced them to buy power from other areas. Some other states have plants that are dedicated solely to production of electricity to be supplied to California.
