I am pretty sure Garden District Coffees has some too
city pork has it at their brunch.
I find it to be way too sweet but whatever floats your boat.

well yeah. there's like half a can of sweetened condensed milk in it
its what i get when i'm craving chicory. if i'm drinking wood bark, then i want some goey milk syrup in it.
pro tip: if you're drinking it over ice, just keep filling up the glass with water and it never seems to get any weaker \
turn that ice coffee into 4 iced coffees

pretty much any place that serves pho.
although you have to be clear you want it in the percolator cup with the condensed milk in the coffee cup.
most Vietnamese places assume you want cafe american, which is just plain coffee (I'n assuming you aren't vietnamese since you'd know where to get it if you were).

Probably cheaper to make it yourself. You can get the coffee press for $3 to $4 and use Cafe Du Monde French Roast Chicory.
