How legit is Tyreke's 3?

It's only been 5 games, but so far he's been pretty consistent on his way to 47.4% from 3.

Is it really possible to go from bad to good seemingly overnight?

he mostly got rid of that ugly arse hitch in his shot, which helped a lot

Im still pretty skeptical but its been a nice surprise, especially with EG struggling.

mayo shot 50% early in the year with Dallas a couple of years back. Way too small of a sample size to come to any conclusion just yet.

I don't think he's a 50% 3 point shooter, but even going from 33% to 38% would be a pretty significant jump and change how teams guard him.

The simple fact that he can actually hit an open shot will either open things up for our offense as a whole when the defense knows it can't help off Evans or it will be a free open look a couple of times when the defense does help off Evans. Neither is a bad thing as long as he's banging them home

Trevor Ariza went from ~30-33% for 4 years straight with about 2-3 attempts, went up in Washington and hit 36% on 4 attempts, then 41% on 6 attempts the following year.
Now he's 6-7 attempts for 48% in houston.
Its rather skewed imo since its only 7 games, but I think if he can improve, so can Reke.

Yep, drastically changes the way teams have to defend him/Pels.
