Our options are Sage on essen, OLOL, or BR Rehab. I heard the BR Neurological center is very good but not sure if that is an option. Any advice is appreciated.

How severe was the stroke? What kind of deficits does the person have? … What kind of rehab place are you looking for? (outpatient??)

My first interpretation was that you are addicted to polishing your nightstick
Not trying to make light of the situation, I hope you find a serious answer on here

North Oak in Hammond is the best in the area if you can live with the drive.

My wife recommends BR rehab. It has the latest technology for Neuro rehab. She's a doctor of physical therapy, fwiw...

I am sorry. I have been through that with a loved one. It was rough.

I also heard good things about BR rehab. Good luck to your family

Thanks. He is going to need speech therapy and physical therapy as he his having problems with basic muscle control with his left limbs. Right now he can't stand and doesn't have much control over left hand.
SG thanks, it's been tough. He is only 54 and was a very fit and seemingly healthy guy with no health issues.
