SEC Office Scheduling Question?

I thought I would ask this question since there was so much discussion on here about football schedule with an Alabama bias...I noticed that the Alabama baseball team gets both newcomers to the SEC at home while LSU has to travel to both schools...so, I was wondering if you guys (this is an LSU Rant question) thought that scheduling bias extends to other sports than just football? Just an honest question hoping for an honest discussion.

I'm pretty sure we played the majority of our SEC home basketball games mid week and actually had only one Saturday home game leading up to national signing day, whereas other teams had as many as 3. I don't think that was by accident.

I do know that LSU is only the school in the West that plays 4 divisions schools on the road and just 2 at home. Everyone else has a 3-3 split.

The 3 teams that finished 1, 2, 3 in the SEC East for 2012 are on LSU's 2013 baseball schedule. The 3 teams that finished 4, 5, 6 in the SEC East for 2012 are on Bama's 2013 baseball schedule.

one or two scheduling screwings can be considered coincidental but the anal intrusions are happening in every sport. even the newbies are getting better scheduling than LSU. i honestly would not mind changing conferences to the ACC. help shore it up and maybe the SEC can kiss our arse with their scheduling bias. somebody in the rat infested sanctum in birmingham has it out for us. i can't understand why as LSU is most definately one of the largest draw in the SEC and certainly brings in big bucks esp with our marquee ooc matchups just about every year. and we put the SEC on the map in baseball; granted ron polk deserves credit for starting the SEC baseball run but LSU was the catelyst for the sport going national due to our revenues in the sport.

Don't we have Arkie, Auburn and A&M at home next year, and Bama, Ole Miss and State on the road?
ETA: nm--thought you were talking about football

Whoever says moving out of the SEC is a jackass. I don't like the scheduling bias, but I can't do anything about it...

For football, it's ridiculous and has gotten so blatant that it looks like they don't even care if anyone notices or complains as long as Alabama has an easy path to the NCG.
For baseball...not so sure and not particularly worried about it. Schedule actually works out ok with the toughest opponents at home for LSU this year, and they should have 4 home series against the West next year. Alabama and Auburn have a home field advantage every year at Hoover in the SEC Tourney, but that has nothing to do with the schedule and LSU travels well enough that the advantage is small.

I decided near the end of this football season to stop supporting the conference and will no longer travel to away games.
I will always support LSU.
But, I've even decided to pull against every other team in the conference. It was awkward at first, but I settled in nicely watching Florida trail 20-4 early in the first half to Michigan.
